Tutorials: fMRI Data Preprocessing🍱

During my PhD program, I enjoyed attending a regular meeting “Method Club” organized by Dr. Karsten Mueller at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences, Leipzig, Germany. Over these meetings, we discussed methodological problems and possible solutions amongst human neuroscientists, which, while unrestricted, were mostly related to functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).

On two occasions, I volunteered to lead two tutorials on fMRI data preprocessing.

• 2015-10-15, Assessment of “denoising” (motion artifacts removal) on resting state fMRI data.
• 2017-06-08, Improving coregistration by skulls-tripping of EPI images.
